We naturally want to know what’s coming, what to expect and what’s required so we can feel our best. And there’s no time this kicks into higher gear than in pregnancy and postpartum.

When we’re in nagging pain, feeling depleted or aching in hip discomfort, our anxiety increases, doubt creeps in, and worry goes into overdrive.

Our capacity to prepare and the confidence we want to feel in the process can really take a hit.

I’ve been right where you are now. I know the extra burden of physical pain and how it affects us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It can often make us feel powerless, broken and defeated, like we can’t do the things we love or be the type of parent we’ve always wanted to be.

But you can. With baby steps, you can.
