  • Although a few classes use props such as stability/birth ball and weights, I give options in case you don’t have them on hand. Most of the props will be things you can find around the house like pillows, blankets and cans of soup.

  • Absolutely. As long as your care provider has cleared you for exercise, these classes will be appropriate regardless of previous experience. Options will be given during classes to simplify or challenge yourself even more.

  • These classes were designed to be short and sweet so you can easily fit them into your life. You’ll receive regular emails to check in and point you toward certain classes but you can work through each module at your own pace and pick from a variety of classes based on your energy level, time and mood.

  • You should always check with your care provider before starting a new movement practice, especially if you’re dealing with issues such as Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor Symptoms but the movements in these classes were specifically developed to support and the physical changes that occur during pregnancy and reduce strain, tension and core and pelvic floor issues. Options and modifications will be given throughout the classes and you can always reach out with specific questions if you’re unsure.

  • You can start the Flow & Grow Prenatal Essentials whenever you feel ready. If you're 30+ weeks I encourage you to check out the Strong & Calm Birth Prep program if you're looking to shift your attention to preparing your body (and mind) for birth.
