Whether your belly has barely popped or you're starting to think about birth, Build Up To Birth was specifically designed to provide you with the essential movement tools to build strength and support in your growing body.
Each month we’ll meet for a virtual 60 minute movement session that is fully customized to support your unique needs and goals
Access to short downloadable workouts with personalized exercises designed to relieve tension and strain and build support where your body needs it most.
Accountability and support are essential when building a new routine. You’ll have direct access to me, your prenatal movement coach, to ask questions and share your successes between sessions.

Note: 3 month minimum commitment is required so should you give birth before 3 months are completed, sessions and programming can be paused and resumed 6-8 weeks postpartum.

Absolutely. As long as your care provider has cleared you for exercise, these classes will be appropriate regardless of previous experience. Options will be given during classes to simplify or challenge yourself even more. And our 1:1 sessions will allow us to go over technique and alignment and making any adjustments for your body.
Sessions, video classes and custom workouts are all a blend of yoga, pilates and functional strength work. There are restorative yoga classes, Pilates core focused classes as well as strength and mobility work. You’ll have a well rounded variety of movement styles to suit your mood and energy level.
Build Up To Birth One-On-One Coaching does provide you with a do-able monthly workout plan consisting of 2 recommended workouts each week. But you have the ultimate control over how many workouts you do and when you do them. And we will work together to create a personalized program that feels doable for you!
You should always check with your care provider before starting a new movement practice, especially if you’re dealing with issues such as Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor Symptoms but as an experienced prenatal trainer, I’ve supported hundreds of pregnant people dealing with these issues as well. Together we’ll find the exercises and modifications that are best for your body!
Build Up To Birth was specifically created to support you through your entire pregnancy but you can 100% start at any point. There is a 3 month commitment but you will automatically be moved into the postpartum coaching track if you give birth before the 3 months are completed.
Getting comfortable with movements and into a consistent groove takes time and commitment, so there is a 3 month minimum for one-on-one coaching, and you’ll have the option to continue on or cancel. If you give birth before your 3 months are up, you’ll move into the postpartum training program and sessions will be paused and resumed at 6-8 weeks postpatum.
